What does the 5 year warranty ? mean

We have tested our products and know they last.
If it turns out that something is not working, we will send you a new carrying strap.
All we ask is that you send us a picture and explanation of what happened and how it broke. Thanks to your feedback, we can further develop these and continue to create sustainable and valuable products!

Common problems with cheaper models are that seams come undone or the fastening around the ski comes off. In our world, it is a quality issue that is not okay.

We promise that our carrying straps will last 5 years, otherwise you will get a new one!
