Standard shipping costs 69 SEK, but may vary depending on the product and warehouse location. Your exact shipping cost will always be displayed at checkout.

Expected delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and the warehouse location of your items:

Please note that during peak order periods or public holidays, dispatch from our warehouse may occasionally take an additional 3–5 business days.

All orders are shipped via trackable shipping services. Whenever possible, deliveries will be made directly to your mailbox. Otherwise, your parcel will be delivered to a local service point via PostNord or DHL.

Because our local storage space is limited, we may need to await the arrival of certain items from partner warehouses before your pickup order is ready. Consequently, processing times for pickup orders can take up to approximately 3 weeks depending on the items ordered. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Delays can occasionally occur. We reserve the right to a delivery window of up to 45 days in exceptional circumstances depending on the chosen shipping method. In cases where a delivery exceeds the expected timeframe by more than a few days, we will reach out to you directly to find a suitable solution together.
