Many barefoot shoes look sportier than you might want, but Calla has a feminine elegance that allows you to wear them even when the dress code calls for something more sophisticated.
What makes Calla special is the vegetable tanned leather. The material is completely untreated, which means that you can see the natural structure, folds and variations of the leather directly on the surface. Each pair is therefore unique. Over time, the leather naturally darkens and develops a patina that becomes more beautiful with each passing year. If you want to speed up the process, you can treat the sandal with shoe wax, otherwise you just have to let time and the sun do their work.
The strap system allows you to adjust the fit exactly to your foot. This is handy when your feet swell on hot days or when you want a different feel depending on what you're doing. The 2mm cushioned insole provides a little extra comfort compared to completely thin sandals, while the 3mm rubber sole still gives you the ground feel that barefoot shoes should give.
Shapen developed Calla by listening to women who wanted something more elegant than most barefoot sandals. The result is a sandal that balances party and function, style and foot health. The anatomical shape with a wide toe box and zero drop allows the foot to move naturally while the thin leather adapts to the shape of the foot.

We need about 5-10 business days to pack and ship each order, except for products from Saltic, where it takes about 10-15 business days due to the manufacturing process. - Warehouse: We currently have warehouses in Sweden, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Estonia.
- Shipping : Our shipping fee is normally 69 SEK for standard shipping.
- Right of withdrawal : You always have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days according to the Swedish Distance Selling Act. This is counted from the day you receive your order. Returns made after the right of withdrawal has expired and up to 30 days will be refunded with a store credit on your customer page that you can use for new purchases.
- Complaints : If the product is defective, you have a warranty according to the Consumer Purchase Act. We want you to feel satisfied, so contact us immediately if you experience any problems and we will do our utmost to fix or replace your purchase.
